1、 The round blade of the slitter is mainly used for slitting paper, film, gold, silver foil, aluminum foil, copper foil, magnetic tape and other articles. It is required that the blade has small cutting resistance and high wear resistance. For the requirements of commodity accuracy, the blade must reach micron accuracy when it has;
2、 The cutting blade is made of imported SK5 steel with high hardness, good heat resistance, fine grinding, sharp blade, high elasticity and not easy to deform;
3、 The slitting round blade is suitable for slitting the upper and lower blades. It is widely used in papermaking, paper product processing, adhesive tape products, films, wires and cables, rubber, aluminum foil, chemical fiber, non manufacturing cloth, composite packaging materials, telecommunications appliances and so on.
